OFFICE ADMINISTRATION/FRONT DESK
Kriss – Business Administrator/Front Desk Supervisor
Kriss grew up in Hibbing, Minnesota, attended Hibbing Community College and graduated from the University of Minnesota. Kriss started her career as a dental assistant in 1981 and eventually moved into the administration side of the business. She has been employed at Rogers Dental Center since 2000. Kriss has a teenage son. Kriss’ interests include travel, learning Spanish and attending continuing education classes at the University of Minnesota.
Heidi - Insurance & Scheduling Coordinator
Heidi has worked at Rogers Dental Center since 1996 and is dedicated to maximizing your insurance benefits for you. Heidi is active in the community. She enjoys playing drums in the Edison High School Alumni Band and also serves on the Edison Sports Foundation Board. Heidi has many interests including gardening, quilting, playing cards, watching movies and waterskiing.
Carolyn - Scheduling Coordinator
Carolyn has worked at Rogers Dental Center since 2004 and has extensive dental office experience including several years at another dental office out of state. In her free time, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying various outdoor activities. Her primary duties include greeting patients with a sincere, warm smile and assisting them with scheduling their dental needs. She can also answer your questions regarding our various payment options.
Joy - Financial & Patient Care Coordinator
Joy joined the Rogers Dental Center team in 2008. She is a graduate of the Concorde Medical & Dental dental assistant program and has over 13 years of experience working in dental offices. Joy's family includes her husband John, son Gavin and two Labrador dogs. Joy and her family enjoy time at the family cabin near Alexandria. Her hobbies include summer fishing, ice fishing and attending her son's baseball and football games.
Nancy – Bookkeeper
Nancy is our bookkeeper and has worked at Rogers Dental Center since 1988. She is Dr. Greg's sister. Nancy graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. She and her husband have two daughters. Nancy enjoys warm weather, spending time with her family and traveling. She and her husband are also excellent ballroom dancers.
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENISTS
Melanie
Melanie has worked as a dental hygienist at Rogers Dental Center since 1996. She graduated with a degree in biology from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and has a second Bachelor’s of Science in dental hygiene from the University of Minnesota. Melanie and her husband have two sons and a Calico cat. Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, summer camping at Leech Lake, gardening and reading.
Linda
Linda grew up in Staples, MN and has lived and breathed dentistry since birth! Her dad has been a dentist in Staples for 40 years. Linda graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in dental hygiene. She has worked at Rogers Dental Center since 2001. Linda has two daughters and enjoys spending time with her family.
Nicole
Nicole graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with a degree in dental hygiene. She has worked as a hygienist for 17 years and has worked at Rogers Dental Center since 2001. Nicole is married and has two daughters. The family also has two Cocker Spaniels. Nicole enjoys spending time with her family camping, enjoying water sports in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. Nicole also enjoys watching her girls participate in gymnastic and dance competitions.
Sue
Sue joined the Rogers Dental Center staff in 2009. She has over 20 years' experience as a dental hygienist and is a graduate of Normandale Community College with an Associate of Science degree. Sue has three daughters that keep her busy. Her favorite things to do include volunteering at her daughters' schools, as well as attending their many sports and school activities. Sue also enjoys all summer activities - especially anything outside when the weather is warm!
DENTAL ASSISTANTS
Lynn – Dental Assistant Supervisor
Lynn grew up in St. Paul and graduated from Northeast Metro Vocational School. She has over 20 years experience as a dental assistant and has been employed by Rogers Dental Center since 2000. Lynn has two sons and is a true animal lover. The current animal “family” residing at the family’s hobby farm consists of horses, dogs and cats, plus assorted birds, fish, rabbits and hamsters. Lynn’s hobbies include horseback riding, camping with her family and her horses, four-wheeling, snowmobiling and much more. Lynn is also a Doberman pinscher breeder. Lynn enjoys socializing with our patients and having them enjoy their dentistry.
Katherine
“Kat” joined Rogers Dental in 2006. She is a graduate of Hennepin Technical College and has worked as a dental assistant for 20-plus years. In her spare time, Kat enjoys reading, fishing, boating, biking and spending time with friends.
Debbie
Debbie is the newest addition to the Rogers Dental Center staff, joining us in April 2010. She graduated from Minnesota School of Business with a degree in Dental Assisting. Debbie has been working as a dental assistant for over ten years. She and her husband have three children. Some of Debbie's favorite actitives include camping, curling, travel and perennial gardening.
Laura
Laura grew up in Cambridge and is a graduate of Lakeland Dental Academy with a degree in dental assisting. Laura joined our staff in 2008 and has been working as a dental assistant for over 19 years. She enjoys spending time with her three sons, including attending the many activities of her two younger sons - football, hockey, basketball, baseball and track. Laura and her family also enjoy including water sports, snowboarding and playing tennis.
