Our Staff
The doctors of Rogers Dental Center are extremely proud of our staff and feel that they're a great asset to our business. This group of highly-trained professionals is excited about what they do, have the highest standards of quality and integrity, and are motivated to achieve the best for our patients.
Our entire staff belongs to the 21st Century Study Club and is always keeping up-to-date with the latest technology. All of our dental hygienists and dental assistants are professionally trained and licensed by the State of Minnesota.
FRONT DESK
Heidi — Office Manager
Heidi is our office manager, and has worked at Rogers Dental Center since 1996. In addition to being the Office Manager, Heidi is also a Licensed Dental Assistant. In her spare time, Heidi enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, playing drums for the Edison High School Alumni Band, and gardening.
Ashley - Accounting and Patient Specialist
Ashley is our financial and patient specialist, joining the Rogers Dental Center team in early 2018. She has 15+ years of patient health care, billing, and scheduling experience. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hanging out with family and friends, crafting, fishing, gardening and being outdoors.
Carrie - Insurance and Scheduling Specialist
Carrie is our insurance and scheduling specialist, and joined the Rogers Dental team in 2023. Carrie has been in the dental field for nearly 25 years, and provides a wealth of knowledge to our team. She is also a Licensed Dental Assistant. In her free time, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She enjoys concerts and listening to music, tinkering with tools, camping, and socializing.
Carolyn — Patient and Hygiene Coordinator
Carolyn is our patient and hygiene coordinator, and has worked at Rogers Dental Center since 2004, and provides our office with many years of dental office expertise. In her free time, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Krissi - Patient and Scheduling Coordinator
Krissi is our scheduling coordinator, joining the Rogers Dental Center team in 2021. Krissi has lived in the Rogers area for 20+ years, and has over a decade of knowledge involving customer service and health care. In her free time, Krissi loves to spend time with her family and friends, going to live concerts, enjoying the outdoors, and socializing.
ACCOUNTING
Nancy — Accountant
Nancy is our accountant for the office, and joined Rogers Dental Center in 1988. Nancy graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren, and traveling to warm weather destinations.
DENTAL ASSISTANTS
Katherine - Licensed Dental Assistant
Katherine or “Kat” joined Rogers Dental in 2006. She is a graduate of Hennepin Technical College and North Hennepin Community College. She has worked as a dental assistant for 20+ years. In her spare time, Kat enjoys reading and watching plays.
Amanda - Licensed Dental Assistant
Amanda joined Rogers Dental Center in 2014. She is a graduate of the St. Cloud State University and also from Minneapolis Community & Technical College's Dental Assisting program. She has been practicing in the dental field with Dr. Matt since 2001. Amanda enjoys watching her two boys play a variety of sports, gardening, being outdoors and reading.
Jody - Licensed Dental Assistant
Jody joined Rogers Dental Center in 2016. She graduated from Lakeland Dental Academy with a degree in Dental Assisting. Jody enjoys spending time with her family and friends, is a frequent traveler, participates in a local book club, and loves to socialize.
Lexy - Licensed Dental Assistant
Lexy joined Rogers Dental Center in 2018, she has spent all but 1 year of her career at our office. She graduated from St Cloud Technical & Community College in 2017 as a Licensed Dental Assistant. She enjoys going on adventures with her husband; doing dirt track racing, hunting, and snowmobiling. Lexy also like to spend time with her family and friends.
Karla - Licensed and Certified Dental Assistant
Karla joined the Rogers Dental team in 2022. She has been in the dental field for more than 30 years, and graduated from Hennepin Technical College. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and kids, going to country and rock concerts, gardening, and watching her children play sports. Karla and her family spend time working and volunteering at Faith’s Lodge, in Danbury Wisconsin, a retreat center for bereaved families of child loss.
HYGIENISTS
Linda - Hygienist
Linda has worked at Rogers Dental Center since 2001. Linda grew up in Staples, MN where her dad was a dentist for over 40 years. Linda graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Linda enjoys spending time with her husband, adult children and grandchildren, being outdoors, playing pickle-ball and golf.
Nicole - Hygienist
Nicole joined Rogers Dental in 2018. She graduated from Minnesota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Nicole grew up in the Rogers area and has been a long-time patient of Rogers Dental Center. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, family and friends. She likes to go camping, and doing anything outdoor related.
Britney - Hygienist
Britney joined Rogers Dental Center in 2019. She went Herzing University where she became a Licensed Hygienist. Britney enjoys hanging out with husband, riding horses, flipping houses/ properties, hanging with friends, being outdoors, and keeping busy!
Liz - Hygienist
Elizabeth or “Liz” joined Rogers Dental Center in 2018, but has been practicing in the dental field with Dr. Matt since 2013. Liz completed her degree as a Dental Hygienist at Argosy University in 2012. In her free time, Liz enjoys being with family and friends, cooking, camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, and listening to music.
